A comprehensive update <br />on the entire CIP will be provided on April 12, 2021, when staff will seek City Council direction on updating <br />the Five -Year CIP. The current Five -Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2020-21 to 2024-25 <br />can be found on the City's website at: <br />https://www.redwoodcity.org/home/showpublisheddocument?id=21976. <br />Facilities <br />Phase one of the City Hall Security Enhancement project has been completed with the renovation of the <br />lobby and information desk along with optical turnstiles and electronic access controls. Phase two, which <br />focuses on the first floor service counters, is currently under construction.
