side lot and ingress/egress into 1548 Maple Street. Thus, the extent to
which any such portion of any vacation of RoW would be able to be
swapped.
As always, and I always provide these to the developer, I do not oppose
the upland development, I rather quite like it. I also prefer the direct
Blomquist extension as it is planned to go through the city lot and avoid
the established Maple Street final leg after passing BIAC.
I desire BIAC to stay where it is, for Blomquist to be extended, for
docktown to stay, for the side lot to be the parking and ingress/egress that
has been established for 50 years, and for everyone to get their needs and
interests met. There is no reason for a park or boat launch at the side lot,
at least not one that infringes Docktown parking and ingress/egress. There
is already a boat launch, there is public access all along the docks and
quays and launch ramp. Everything is right there. Don't destroy, please,
enhance.
Thank you.
Alison
----- Forwarded Message -----
From: Council -Diane Howard <dhowardaredwoodcity.org>
To: Docktown-Alison Madden >
Cc: GRP -City Council <council(a)redwood city. ora >; Council -Diane Howard
<DHoward@redwoodcity.org>; ATTY-Veronica Ramirez <vramirez(a)redwood city. org>
Sent: Saturday, February 20, 2021, 05:39:04 PM PST
Subject: Re: Info on land swap at 1548 Maple - title and coverage, notice etc. also it's Steinberger
"CREEK"
Dear Ms. Madden,
Thank you for your email regarding clarifying information for Steinberger Creek.
