I think now is a tough time for most people as we are <br />struggling to pay bills as it is. Also the service isn't very good and it never improved after the <br />last hike. <br />My cans have been broken where the tops are cracked and barely shut. I have asked for <br />replacements but I was told they don't have any to spare. After the trucks go by, often the cans <br />are left strewn all over the street and we have to move them so traffic can go by. <br />If the service was better I might be inclined to agree with an increase but how it Is now as well <br />as the continued pandemic, I really wish you would reconsider. <br />Thank you, <br />Michelle Isonio <br />Redwood City, CA 94061 <br />
