RWC, CA94063. <br />Re: Written Protest Against Solid Waste Increase <br />To: Solid Waste Rates, City Clerk, City of Redwood City: <br />I am writing this letter as an statement that is a protest against the proposed change in rates. <br />Current rates are already high. In fact, Redwood City is one of the cities with the highest rates. <br />Having the economy as it right now, families are struggling to survive. Family incomes are not <br />rising accordingly. I respectfully request to consider middle-income family's who are trying to <br />survive in this tough economy and NOT raise the solid waste rates.
