<br />Intersection Studv~ Route 84 & Broadwav~ Redwood City <br />Proposal for Traffic Engineering Services <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />The following are services outside of and in addition to those described as Basic Services: <br /> <br />1. Extra work due to changes in the project, delays, work not specifically described in the <br />Basic Services, and all other causes not the fault of RKH; <br /> <br />2. Changes in documents after approval and/or acceptance; <br /> <br />3. Collection and evaluation of new traffic data not specified in the Basic Services; <br /> <br />4. All public agency permits and permit fees, licenses and other such charges associated <br />directly with the project; <br /> <br />5. All document reproduction and printing charges; <br /> <br />6. Attendance at public meetings not specified in the Scope of Basic Services. <br /> <br />PERIOD OF SERVICE <br /> <br />1. Some of the information required to complete a number of the tasks is dependent upon <br />data being provided by Caltrans and CLIENT. If the information is provided in a timely <br />manor, RKH should be able to complete the Basic Services within 45 days of the date of <br />the signed Acceptance of Proposal! Authorization to Proceed. <br /> <br />2. Changes in the project, extra work and delays not caused by RKH shall be cause for <br />adjustment in the time of completion. <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />1. F or Basic Services the fee will be $11,700.00 billed on a monthly basis in proportion to <br />the work completed. Payment is due immediately upon receipt <br /> <br />2. For Additional Services the fee will be based upon the Fee Schedule attached. An <br />estimate of Additional Services fees is $100 for report printing. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />~.w+l- <br />
