<br /> <br />Approximately 86 percent of the respondents of the current survey (2008) reported being either "very satisfied" <br />(410/0) or "somewhat satisfied" (450/0) with the job Redwood City is doing to provide City services. This high <br />level of satisfaction is consistent with the results of the 2003 survey. It is also important to note that the <br />increase in the percent of "very satisfied" responses that occurred from the 2001 survey to the 2003 survey has <br />been maintained. Current satisfaction with City services did not differ between key demographic subgroups - <br />residents are highly satisfied regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, or area of residence. <br /> <br />
