<br /> <br />The residents were asked to rate their satisfaction with the City's efforts to provide eight specific services. On <br />average, the residents were close to "somewhat satisfied" with 6 of the 8 services tested, and three-quarters of <br />the residents or more reported being at least "somewhat satisfied" with these services. The two services with <br />the relatively lowest satisfaction were "Assisting neighborhoods and residents with disaster preparedness" and <br />"Availability of affordable housing." Approximately half of the residents reported being at least "somewhat <br />satisfied" with these two services, resulting in mean scores of 0.5 and 0.1, respectively. <br /> <br />
