<br /> <br />Approximately 56 percent of the residents rated the quality of street sweeping services in their neighborhood as <br />either "excellent" (190/0) or "good" (370/0). In comparison, 24 percent rated services as "fair," and 14 percent <br />indicated a rating of "poor" (70/0) or "very poor" (70/0). As might be expected with the reduction in neighborhood <br />street sweeping services, the respondents of the 2008 survey rated services less positively than the <br />respondents of the 2003 survey. However the increase in "fair" ratings from the 2003 survey (180/0) to the 2008 <br />survey (240/0) largely accounts for the accompanying decline in positive ratings. Overall, the results suggest <br />that resident are tolerating the reduction in services. <br /> <br />
