<br /> <br />As shown in the following chart, 82 percent of the 2008 survey respondents rated local parks, recreation <br />facilities, and recreation programs as "excellent" (390/0) or "good" (430/0). Although the results suggest that use <br />of these facilities and programs has declined slightly over time, these quality ratings are significantly higher <br />than the ratings from the 2001 survey (750/0 "excellent" or "good"), and consistent with the ratings of the 2003 <br />survey. <br /> <br />
