<br /> <br />Overall, 85 percent of the residents rated Redwood City's public library services as either "excellent" (520/0) or <br />"good" (330/0). Positive ratings, obtained by summing the "excellent" and "good" responses, increased from the <br />two previous surveys (2001: 780/0 and 2003: 800/0). It is also important to note that ratings of "excellent" <br />increased fully 10 percent in the 2008 survey. <br /> <br />
