Tim is the President and a founding member of the firm. Tim has over 30 years of real <br />estate consulting experience, and has been an advisor on a wide range of commercial and <br />residential developments, many of which have been pioneering. The depth of his experience <br />provides him with exceptional skills to work with both private developers and the pUblic sector. <br />He is frequently asked to playa key role in developer selections, disposition negotiations, and <br />presentations to public officiafs. Tim will be assisted by other principals and staff with the <br />expertise required for each specific impact analysis. <br /> <br />Debbie Kern, a Senior Principal, will manage the fiscal and economic impact analyses. Debbie <br />has over 20 years of experience at Keyser Marston in advising public sector clients regarding <br />real estate and public finance issues. One of Debbie's areas of expertise is fiscal impact <br />analysis and she manages all of the complex fiscal analyses prepared by the firm. <br /> <br />Kate Funk will oversee the housing and child care demand analyses. Kate is a recognized <br />leader in the field of housing and child care nexus analyses, and her work has been challenged <br />and successfully upheld by the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
