<br />6.3 Section - Resolution <br /> <br />A. Authorize the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding related to the San <br />Mateo County City/County Association of Governments' and their effort on the <br />Smart Corridors Project. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve and authorize the City Manager, by Resolution, to execute a <br />Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City/County Association of <br />Governments (C/CAG), Caltrans District 4, the County of San Mateo, City of <br />Belmont, City of Burlingame, City of Foster City, City of Millbrae, City of Redwood <br />City, City of San Bruno, City of San Carlos, City of San Mateo, Town of Atherton, <br />City of South San Francisco, City of Menlo Park, City of East Palo Alto, <br />Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), and the San Mateo County <br />Transportation Authority (SMCT A) to acknowledge the Smart Corridors Project, <br />and to agree to work cooperatively to assist in development of the Smart Corridors <br />project. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 14910 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANGER TO EXECUTE A <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH OTHER LOCAL ENTITIES TO <br />ACKNOWLEDGE THE SMART CORRIDORS PROJECT <br /> <br />6.4 Section -Claims and Warrants <br /> <br />A.
