Flamin Dogs Deli will then set up their <br />hot dog cart and begin daily service to the public. (Note - days and times may <br />vary). <br /> <br />Flamin Dogs Deli is located at 465 Convention Way, Unit #41 Redwood City, <br />CA 94062. <br /> <br /> <br />This Agreement is entered into as of <br />LAMANTIA and on behalf of THE R 00 <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY (llCity"). I <br /> <br />, between Benjamin <br />Lie LIBRARY AND <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. Term. The term of this agreement will begin on January 2,2009 and <br />end on January 1, 2010. The term of this agreement will be for one <br />year, and automatically renewed on an annual basis unless revoked <br />by the City or requested by the permittees. This Agreement may be <br />terminated earlier by either party upon 30 days prior written notice to <br />the other party. <br /> <br />2. Pennitees' Oblipations. <br />!!l Flamin Dogs, LLC, owner. Benjamin Lamantia, will request a <br />commissary extension on current permit from Redwood City in <br />order to be able to operate outdoor cart, <br /> <br />21 Insurance. Permitees, at its expense, agrees to procure and <br />_ ... InJury, not less than $5.000 for medical expenses, and not <br />less than $300,000 for property damage occurring in connection <br />with this agreement. This insurance must name the City. its <br />Council, officers, boards, commissions. agents and employees <br />as additional insureds. Permittees mu'st provide the City with a <br />certificate evidencing this insurance coverage no later then the <br />effective date of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Permitees shall be solely responsible and liable for all damages <br />to persons or property, including injury to or death of, persons <br />and loss of use of property, due directly or indirectly to <br />Permittes1 use and occupancy of the right-of-way and shall <br />defend, indemnify and hold City, its Council, officers, boards, <br />commissions, agents and employees harmless from any and al <br /> <br />PAGE 01/08 <br />
