Conflict of Interest. A court having jurisdiction over any of the parties shall enter <br />an order for reHef in any involuntary case commenced <br />against the applicable party as debtor under the federal <br />Bankruptcy Code or the entry of a court decree or order <br />appointing a custodian, receiver1 liquidator, assignee, trustee, <br />or other similar official. <br /> <br />7. Rent. When vendors' gross sales in kiosk exceeds $400 per day, then <br />library will received 50/0 of gross kiosk sales above $400 for rent.
