<br />EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br />The Licensee's duties pursuant to this agreement are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Provide Senior Information and Referral services, caregiver education and <br />community lectures for the City of Redwood City community on the <br />Premises of the Redwood City Veterans Memorial Senior Center. The <br />Licensee will continue to operate core business in accordance to the <br />legislative mandates. <br /> <br />2. Supplement reception staff and work with senior center volunteers who <br />provide ongoing hospitality and information services. <br /> <br />3. Use contacts throughout San Mateo County to increase outreach of senior <br />service programs to promote visibility and participation within the senior <br />population from the City of Redwood City community. <br /> <br />4. The Ombudsman Director shall work closely with the Manager at the <br />Veterans Memorial Senior Center by participating in regular meetings to <br />establish effective and ongoing communication. Staff from both the <br />Veterans Memorial Senior Center and the Ombudsman Services of San <br />Mateo County, Inc. will discuss and contribute to decisions made by the <br />Manager at the Veterans Memorial Senior Center and the Ombudsman <br />Director to establish effective and ongoing communication. Both staff <br />teams will be included in issues and decisions relating to quality and/or <br />levels of services to be provided. <br /> <br />5. The staff of Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County, Inc. and staff at <br />the Veterans Memorial Senior Center shall partner to recruit and train <br />Information and Referral Program volunteers. <br /> <br />6. The Ombudsman Director shall continue coordination of services and new <br />partnership opportunities between the City of Redwood City's Parks, <br />Recreation pnd Community Services Department and the Ombudsman <br />Services of San Mateo County, Inc. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2009.009 <br />021909 <br /> <br />8 <br />
