<br />Claire Felong thanked the Council for being involved in the Green@Home program. She is <br />one of the auditors and she congratulated Mayor Foust for being one of the first to have <br />an audit. She complimented Council on all it is accomplishing in various areas. <br /> <br />Mayor Foust announced that Vice Mayor Howard has also had her home audited. She <br />added that PG&E has over 85 programs to help consumers assess their energy use. <br /> <br />M/S Hartnett/Aguirre to approve the Consent Calendar with minor edits to three sets of <br />minutes (Oct. 13, Oct. 27 and December 8, 2008) (on file).
