Vice Mayor Howard concurred and stated that the Council is looking for civility. She is <br /> hoping for more decorum. Mayor Foust thanked the two Council Members because in her <br /> opinion it takes courage to call out such behaviors. <br /> Council Member Hartnett hopes that 2009 will be the year of opportunity and he is hopeful <br /> that the personal attacks will stop. He stated that there have been various slanderous <br /> comments and it is his opinion that the real consequence is a diminishment of the <br /> credibility of the person making the attacks. <br /> 9.
