Development Agreement Recommendations <br /> <br />If requested by the City based on the findings of the Fiscal, Economict Childcare and Housing <br />Analyses, KMA will assist the City in identifying a set of public benefit contributions that are <br />reasonable and warranted to ensure that the City will receive an appropriate level of net benefit <br />from the requested General Plan and Zoning changes, requested site intensification and the <br />development of the proposed Project. <br /> <br />I. Final Report <br /> <br />As noted above, KMA will prepare technical memorandums that summarize the approach and <br />findings of each impact analysis. Upon receiving your comments on each of the draft technical <br />memorandums, KMA will prepare appropriate revisions, and will then incorporate each analysis <br />into a final report. <br /> <br />VI.
