That the Transportation Authority be authorized to continue to contract its <br />adlninistrative duties to Sam Trans or to the County, MTC, or other <br />qualified agency. <br /> <br />C. 'That.the Citizens Advisory C0111mittee shall continue to advise the <br />Transportation Authority on the adn1.inistration of the Transportation <br />Expenditure Plan..
