Additional GPS shots will be taken at the base of the wall near the library. If additional survey work is required for certification, we will provide a proposal for those additional services. Limits of the survey will be the same as the area of proposed improvements. Deliverables: Three (3) copies of Full Size, signed and stamped survey. Exclusions The following are excluded from BKF's scope of services: Attending meetings in addition to those listed under each Task. Additional meetings will be charged as an additional service on a time and materials basis. Major revisions to work or drawings that are substantially complete, provided such revisions are not caused by the actions of BKF are excluded. Geotechnical Engineering beyond those services specifically included in this proposal, utility potholing, and environmental reviews are excluded from this Scope of Services. The City will provide the Initial Studies for CEQA documents and any other required environmental clearance. BKF will provide necessary project descriptions or exhibits for environmental studies as needed on a time and materials basis as an additional service. Landscape plans and vegetation restoration planting plans are excluded. Locating property lines, right-of-way, or easement areas are excluded. Land and easement acquisition services are excluded from this scope of services. Permit coordination and costs including California Water Quality Control Board, California Department of Fish and Game and United States Army Corps of Engineers. Modifications to outfallS are excluded from this scope. If we fmd that outfalls require modification during our design, we can provide a proposal for those additional services. Levee crest elevation certification is excluded. We assume ENGEO or others will be responsible for the certification at a later date. Construction staking and geotechnical services during construction are not included. A proposal for this work can be provided at a later date once plans have been created. Any services not specifically included in the Scope of Services are excluded.
