<br />~ <br /> <br />H. COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS <br /> <br />Communication is a very essential part of any successful program. City of Redwood City, <br />Public Works Department has insisted 011 constant communication with regards to the lagoon <br />and its condition. The below are the pheae llttmhers W'lfl persOlmel to call in order if there is an <br />issue that needs immediate action. <br /> <br />1. Jason Yonn! <br /> <br />2. Richard Carnation <br /> <br />Note: Contractor Contact information is managed and maintained by the Public Works <br />Services Department. <br /> <br />Waterworks Industries Inc. will be on call 24 hours a day, and at least one person available at all <br />times. During the project, Waterworks Industries, Inc. personnel will call Rich Del Ben and <br />apprise him of the time we are perfonning the Water Quality Monitoring. The monitoring' <br />usually occurs on Tuesday. A Water Quality Monitoring report is prepared and sent to redwood <br />City Public Works Department with the billing. Any Chemical Application harvesting that was <br />performed accompanies the report. <br /> <br />As per the Lagoon M.anagement Plan, Waterworks Industries will make public appearances to <br />Home Owners Associations and Redwood. Shores Residents Groups to infonn and answer <br />questions regarding the Lagoon and. its management. Waterworks Industries, Inc. will attend up <br />to two meetings at no cost to Redwood City. Additionally, Waterworks Personnel can better <br />answer some questions that StaIl gets from the public. Phone calls from residents are welcome, <br />provided Redwood City Staff referred them to us, this also at no additional cost. <br /> <br />If there is dissatisfaction from the Redwood Shores residents or staff at Redwood City with <br />regards to Waterworks Industries performance of the Lagoon Management Services. A phone <br />call to Richard Carnation or Jason Young, followed up with afax from Redwood Cities Staff, <br />wi II be responded to immediately by phone, as well as confirmation of dissatisfaction and a <br />resolution program will be immediately faxed back to Redwood City Staff and the program will <br />be implemented. <br /> <br />I.
