' .402 . 332 ~3V <br /> Ranking 5 3 , 7 2 4 '6 1 <br /> -- <br /> <br />Based on a thorough review of the seven proposals submitted, technical interviews, site visits, <br />follow-up questions and answers, and reference checks and litigation review, the Selection <br />Committee recommended that South Bay Recycling (SBR) and Hudson Baylor Corporation <br />(HBC) be shortlisted for negotiation to determine the selected facility operations contractor. <br /> <br />After negotiation, one firm will be recommended for approval by the SBWMA Board. Once the <br />SBWMA selects the operator then final negotiation will ensue regarding the Operations <br />Agreement. The final Operations Agreement will be subject to Board approval and approval by <br />two-thirds of the Member Agencies. <br /> <br />The Selection Committee believes SBR and HBC stand clearly apart from the other five firms <br />for these reasons: <br /> <br />.
