In the event the most recalt collective <br /> <br />. bargaining agreements covering such employees has expired, the Company shall initially apply <br /> <br />and be bound by the terms and conditions of tbe expired agreemcntst but shall CODCUll'ently m~t <br /> <br />with the Union for the putpOse of negotiating in good faith to agree upon a successor agreement. <br /> <br />which will be retroactive for wages and economic benefits to the date on which the Company <br /> <br />begins operations under its franchise. <br /> <br />4.
