<br />Wagstaff and Associates <br />City of Redwood City <br />November 13, 2008 <br /> <br />Contract Exhibit "A" <br />Downtown Precise Plan Additional CEQA Documentation <br /> <br />Page 2. <br /> <br />4.2 Public Release Final SEIR Document <br /> <br />A public release version of the Final SEIR document will then be prepared, incorporating as <br />necessary revisions and refinements to the Administrative Draft Final SEI R document based <br />upon City and consulting legal counsel responses. <br /> <br />Seventy-five (75) copies of the Final SEIR will be submitted to City staff for distribution. <br /> <br />4.3 Notice of Determination <br /> <br />The CEQA-required Notice of Determination form will be completed for City submittal to OPR <br />and the County Clerk upon City Council certification of the SEI R and supplemental action on the <br />DPP(re-adoption). <br /> <br />TASK 5. PREPARATION OF MITIGATION MONITORING CHECKLIST <br /> <br />The mitigation, monitoring, and reporting checklist prepared for the 2007 EIR will be updated as <br />necessary to incorporate the added or modified mitigations identified in the SEI R. <br /> <br />TASK 6. MEETINGS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Wagstaff and Associates will attend up to six (6) meetings.
