shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or a related <br /> subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. Contractor shall incorporate in all <br /> subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> <br /> F. Religious Activity Prohibited. <br /> <br /> Those shall be no religious worship, instruction, or proselytizing as part <br /> of, or in connection with, the performance of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> G. Uniform Administration Requirements. <br /> <br /> Contractor shall comply with the requirements and standards of the <br /> HOME Investment Partnership Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost <br /> Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 <br /> attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and O, and all other federal, state, and local <br /> laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br /> H. HOME PROGRAM Requirements. <br /> <br /> Contractor shall comply with the requirements and standards of the <br /> HOME Investment Parmership Regulations relating to: income targeting <br /> to HOME limits of 50% and below median income; affordability term of <br /> no less than 15 years; Contractor shall set unit HOME rents at the rates <br /> listed below. Said rents shall not exceed 30% of the household's gross <br /> income. Monthly housing costs shall be defined as rent plus utilities. <br /> <br /> 7. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACT <br /> <br /> A. Without the written consent of the City Council Or <br /> his/her representative, this Agreement is not assignable in whole or in <br /> part. Any assignment by Contractor without the written consent of the <br /> City Council or his/her representative violates this Agreement and shall <br /> automatically terminate this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 8. RECORDS <br /> <br /> A. Contractor agrees to provide to Agency, City, to any Federal or <br /> State department having monitoring or reviewing authority, to City's <br /> authorized representatives and/or their appropriate audit agencies upon <br /> reasonable notice, access to and the right to examine and audit all records <br /> and documents necessary to determine compliance with relevant Federal, <br /> State, and local statutes, rules and regulations, and this Agreement, and to <br /> evaluate the quality, appropriateness and timeliness of services performed. <br /> <br />8/15/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
