<br />SWC:djg-c 7/23/81 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE REPAINTING OF FIRE APPARATUS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State <br /> <br />of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and FACTORY <br /> <br />SYSTEMS, INC., Millbrae, California, hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby <br /> <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br /> <br />performed in strict accordance with the contract documents made <br /> <br />therefor and on file in the office of the City Clerk of Redwood <br /> <br />City, which contract documents are incorporated herein and made a <br /> <br />part of this agreement as if fully set forth herein: <br /> <br />REPAINTING FIRE APPARATUS <br /> <br />2.
