<br /> <br />Attachment #1 <br /> <br />(i) The PCA will provide an additional staff member at the intersection of <br />Main and Bradford to monitor the fire equipment parked outsid e Fire <br />Station #9 or on Bradford. At the first activation of any combination of <br />flashing lights, sirens, or air horn, the parade will be halted and all <br />participants and/or vehicles will be cleared from the intersection. <br /> <br />U) No spectators will be allowed to be in the Bradford Street crosswalks at <br />any time during the parade. <br /> <br />12. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br />herein described or contemplated in connection with the 4th of July parade, <br />fun run, festival, car show and fireworks display shall not be effectuated <br />without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> <br />13. Acceptance: This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all <br />parties hereto and accepted by the Permittee and returned to the City. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />~ <br />Louis A.
