DES:dj> 06/02/95 (131/39) <br /> DES:dj 06/06/95R <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12500 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT B OF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12134 RELATING TO THE SALARY AND WAGE <br /> PLAN FOR EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, BY <br /> ADDING THE POSITIONS OF CHILD CARE DIRECTOR AND PARKS, <br /> RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES MANAGER; PROVIDING <br /> FOR THE SALARIES FOR THE POSITIONS OF CHILD CARE <br /> DIRECTOR AND PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES <br /> MANAGER AND DELETING THE POSITIONS OF RECREATION <br /> SUPERVISOR, COMMUNITY CENTER COORDINATOR, PARKS, <br /> RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES SUPERVISOR AND <br /> GENERAL SERVICES SUPERINTENDENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 12134 entitled, "Resolution <br />Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications <br />Represented by the Redwood City Management Employees <br />Association", adopted February 14, 1994, is hereby amended by <br />adding to the list of employment classifications set out therein <br />the positions of Child Care Director and Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Manager; and deleting the positions of <br />Recreation Supervisor, Community Center Coordinator, Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services Supervisor and General Services <br />Superintendent. <br /> <br /> 2. Exhibit B to the aforesaid Resolution No. 12134 is <br />hereby amended by adding thereto the salary schedule for the <br />positions of Child Care Director and Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Manager as set forth in Exhibit "B-3", <br />attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br /> <br />
