This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its <br />adoption; provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in <br />Exhibit B-3 for the position of Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Manager shall be operative retroactively from and after <br />October 1, 1994; and, further, the salary rates set forth in said <br />Exhibit B-3 for the position of Child Care Director be operative <br />commencing with the first pay period beginning on or after July <br />1, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
