<br />t <br /> <br /> <br />And said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City <br /> <br />does hereby deolare that sa~d above desoribed territory <br />is excluded fran the boundaries of said To~m of Redwood <br />City, and that such excluded territory shall cease to be <br />a part of said municipa.l corporation, and that the <br />boundaries of said Town of Redwood City be, and the same <br />are hereby, altered acoordingly. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />That these resolutions and certificate <br /> <br />be entered upon the minutes of this board as the record of <br />the r esul t of th e canvass of the returns of said special <br />election upon said proposition of excluding said uninhabited <br />territory from the boundaries of said Town of Redwood Ci~, <br />and that two copies thereof be made and certified by the <br />clerk of this board under the seal of said To\m of Redwood <br /> <br />City, together with a statement showing the date of said <br />special election and the time and result of the canvass of <br />the returns thereof, and that one of said copi es, together <br />with said statement, be transmitted by said clerk to the <br />of State <br />Secretary/of the State of California at Sacramento, California, <br />for filing in his office, and the other of said copies <br />together with said statement be transmitted by said clerk to <br />the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State <br />of California, for filing by the clerk of said Board of <br /> <br />Supervis ora. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the <br />To\vu of Redwood City at a regular meeting of said board held <br />on the 22nd day of October, 1923, by the following votes: <br />Ayes and in favor of the, passage of the <br />foregoing resolution and certificate, Trustees C;('Hdi-,'~ <br />fI.
