the main railroad track of the Redwood City Harbor Company, and is more particularly described as fo llows : Beginning at the most northerly point of the center line of the tra.ct of land firstly described herein, same being the center line of the main railroad track of the Redwood City Harbor Company at the center line of the slough forming the boundary line between the lands of the Leslie Salt Company and the lands of the Redwood City Harbor Company; thence north 140 26' east 986.1 feet; thence on a 20 curve to the right 315 feet; thence north 200 44' east 2207.4 feet; thance on 30 ourve to the right 800 feet to point of compound ourva.ture;. thence 1 eaving said center line of said main railroad track north 470 33' east 76.6 feet; thence north 230 13' east 432.4 feet; thence north 340 30' east 370 feet to a point on the southwesterly line of the 10 acre tract of land conveyed by deed from the Redwood City Harbor Company to W. J. Hotchkiss, reoorded in the office of the county recorder of the county of San Mateo, state of California, July 20th, 1917, in Volume 266 of Deeds at page 120 which point is distant north 560 50' west 40 feet from the most southerly corner of said 10 acre tract. Also the following territory and' parcel of land, and being contiguous to the second parcel of land herein desoribed, and situate, lying and being in the Town of Redwood City, county of San :Mateo, state of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning on the east bank of Redwood Creek at the point from which the intersection of the said east bank of Redwood Creek with the center line of Westpoint Slough (which said intersection is the point of beginning of the traot of land first described in deed from Leslie Salt Company to the Redwood City Harbor Company dated February 20th, 1913, and recorded in Volume 235 of Deeds at page 195, reoords of San Mateo County, California) bears north 230 45' east 300 feet distant; thence from said point of beginning and along the said east bank of Redwood Creek south 230 45' west 64'7.6 feet; thence leaving said east bank of Redwood Creek south 560 50' east 639.9 feet; thence north 410 17' east 59'7.8 feet to the southerly bank of said Westpoint Slough; thence along said southerly bank of said Westpoint Slough 58044' west 445.2 feet; thence north 470 43' west 390.3 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10 a.cres of land more or less, and being parts of the northeast quarter of section 8 and the northwest quarter of section 9 in Township 5 sout~, range 3 west. -9-
