J) ~-; (; .; 0 :,:: ::~ <br /> <br />c; J'" BJ:~ <br /> <br />F:rrop flIiGDIHT <br /> <br />~J(; ~~ =[ (#J.J <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />That at said special election it <br /> <br />was duly and regularly determined to exclude from the <br /> <br />boundaries of said Town of Redwood City the following <br /> <br />described territory, to-wit: <br /> <br />All the following territory and parcel of <br />land situate, lying and being in the Town of <br />Redwood City, county of San Mateo, state of <br />California, and particularly described as follows, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />A strip of land one hundred feet in width, <br />the center line of which follows the center line <br />of the main railroad track of the Redwood City <br />Harbor Company and is more particularly described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the north line of <br />the lands of the Spring Valley Water Company con- <br />veyed to said company by the Lealie Salt Company <br />by deed recorded in the office of the county <br />recorder of the county of San Mateo, state of <br />California, May 19th, 1905, in Volume 115 of Deeds <br />at page 187, whi"ch said point of beginning is at <br />the intersection of said north line of the lands <br />of the Spring Valley Water Company with the <br />center line of said railroad track and is distant <br />along said north line of said Spring Valley Water <br />Company lands north 860 30' east 98.5 feet from <br />the southeast corner of the lands of the Frank <br />Tanning Company, thence from said point of beginning <br />and following the center. line of the railroad track of <br />the Redwood City Harbor Company on a 7Q 30' curve to <br />the left a tangent to which at the point of beginning <br />bears north 500 33' east 647.7 feet to the end of <br />said curve; thence along tangent north 10 58' east <br />1690.6 feet, and thence north 170 01' east 2424.1 <br />feet to the center of the slough forming the <br />boundary between the lands of the Leslie Salt <br />Company and the lands of the Redwood City Harbor <br />Company, and containing 10.93 aores of land, more <br />or less. <br /> <br />Also the following territory and parcel of <br />land, being contiguous to the first parcel of land <br />herein described, and situate, lying and being in <br />the Town of Redwood City, county of San Mateo, state <br />of California, and particularly described as follows, <br />to"wit: <br /> <br />A strip of land eighty feet in width, the <br />center line of which follows the center line of <br /> <br />-8- <br />
