documentary, in support thereof, and found that said petition was in proper form, and that it was duly signed by more than one-tenth (1/10) in number of the qualified electors of said municipal corporation, computed upon the number of votes cast at the last general municipal election held therein, and contained a description of the uninhabited territory asked to be excluded from the boundaries of said municipal corporation, and that said territory described therein was and is wholly uninhabited; and WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees thereupon and on said 16th day of July, 1923, resolved and order ed tha t the clerk of said board, without del~, notify 'the Board of Supervisors of the county of San Mateo, state of California, in which county said municipal corporation is located, of the fact of the filing of said petition, and requested said Board of SuperVisors to take action thereon in accordance with law; and WHEREAS, the clerk of said Town of Redwood City did thereafter duly notify said Board of Supervisors of the county of San Mateo, state of California, of the fact of the filing of said petition, and did duly transmit to said Board of Supervisors a certified copy of said petition and of said resolution and order so passed by said Board of Trustees; and WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors received and conSidered said notification fron{said clerk of said Tovm of Redwood City and said Board of Trustees on the 21st day of July, 1923, and thereupon, by resolution and order duly passed and adopted, fixed Monday the 6th day of August, 1923, at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. of said day, at the -2- ~.
