<br />chambers of said Board of Supervisors in the County Court <br />House at Redwood City, San Mateo County, state of California, <br />as the time and place for considering the matter of the <br />exclusion of said uninhabited territory from the boundaries <br />of said Town of Redwood City, and for hearing any objectione <br />thereto, and directed that notice of such hearing be given <br />by the eounty clerk of the oounty of San Mateo. state of <br />California, she being ex-officio clerk of said Board of <br />Supervisors, for the time and in the manner required by law <br />and as directed in and by said resolution and order; and <br />WHEREAS, said notice was thereafter duly published <br />and__~'!'~:rl for the time and. in the manner required by law, <br />and said order of said Board of Supervisors, and said matter <br /> <br />came regularly on for hearing before said Board of Supervisors <br /> <br /> <br />on the 6th day of August, 1923, at the' hour of 10 0' clock a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />in the chambers of said Board of Supervisors in the County <br /> <br /> <br />Court House at Redwood City, San Mateo County, State of <br /> <br /> <br />California, the same being the time and place designated by <br /> <br /> <br />said Board of Supervisors when and where objections to said <br /> <br /> <br />exclusion and to said petition would be heard, and said <br /> <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors thereupon duly considered the same; and <br /> <br /> <br />C WHEREAS, no person or pers ons then or at any time <br /> <br /> <br />appeared before said Board of Supervisors to object to said <br /> <br /> <br />exclusion of a,aid uninhabited territory from said Town of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City, and no objection was then or ever made, and <br /> <br />I <br />1:, <br /> <br />no wri tten or other remonstrance or protestation to the <br /> <br />exclusion of said uninhabited territory, or any part <br /> <br /> <br />thereof, from the boundaries of said Town'of Redwood City, <br /> <br /> <br />was then or ever filed with said Board of Supervisors; and <br /> <br />-3- <br />
