of_~,:"", AND WnEREAS, all of such work/shall be of the character, dimensions and forms and be of the material and be constructed in the pa.rticular locations and at the grades as shown on the plans attached to said specifications; and WHEREkS, this council has examined said specifications and is familiar with the things proposed to be done thereunder,-- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Douncil of the Town of Redwood City as follows: (a) That the public interest and necessity require the acquisitions and improvements described and referred to in und proposed to be .done and accomplished, by the said specifications, reference being hereby made, thereto for a further description thereof, all to the extent and in the manner set forth in said specific~tions therefor prepared by R. A. Klassen, and approved, by said Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo on August 8, 1927, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Board of Supervisors, and a certified copy of which is also on file in the office of the clerk of this council; (b) - That the consent of this council is hereby given to the acquisition and improvement of that portion of said Alameda de las ?ulgas lying within said Town of Redwood City in the manner-set forth in said specifications, which said portion of said Alameda de la.s Pulgas is described as follows, to-wit: ,That portion thereof -beginning at the northwesterly limits of said Tmvn of Redwood City and leading thence through a portion of said Town of Redwood City to the southwesterly limits of said town; And the consent of this council is further given to the improvement of the followil~ street and avenue which intersects with said Alameda de las Pulgas, and lies within said Town of Redwood City, viz.: 7.
