DES:d~~- 06/05/95 (134/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/12/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12493 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF AN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> STUDY <br /> (BRIAN KANGAS FOULK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the preparation <br />of an assessment district study for transportation improvements <br />in the greater Redwood Shores area in the City of Redwood City <br />(the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Preparation of <br />an Assessment District Study" (form dated 06/05/95), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California and Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, <br />California, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
