DES:d~u 06/05/95 (007/68) <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT STUDY <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> <br /> · 1995, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City"), and BRIAN KANGAS FOULK, of Redwood City, California <br />("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> W I TNE S S E T H : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires the preparation of an assessment <br />district study for transportation in the greater Redwood Shores <br />area in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, City requires <br />professional consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform <br />consulting and related services described in Consultant's letter <br />proposal dated May 8, 1995, marked Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in <br />an amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are currently <br />prevailing during the time of the performance of said services. <br /> <br /> <br />
