There was no public comment. � <br /> M/S Hartnett/Pierce to close the Public Hearing. Motion carries 6-0 with Council <br /> Member Ira absent. <br /> Council Member Pierce asked that in the future the Police Chief consider using these <br /> grant funds to offset some of the costs associated with officers supporting large local <br /> events. Administrative Sergeant Mulholland said staff would verify if this is possible <br /> because sometimes there are rules regarding how these funds can be expanded. <br /> M/S Hartnett/Howard to adopt the resolution.
