FXS:rg 05/24/95 (008/40) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/12/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12490 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENTRY OF ABSTRACT OF CHARGES <br /> UPON PARTICULAR PARCELS WITHIN THE CANYON ROAD/OAK <br /> KNOLL DRIVE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AREA; AUTHORIZING <br /> COLLECTION OF THE COSTS OF THE IMPROVEMENTS AGAINST THE <br /> PARTICULAR PARCELS CONCERNED ON THE 1995-1996 TAX ROLL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City approved by <br />motion duly made and carried on August 31, 1993 (Minute Order No. <br />93-196) the Canyon Road/Oak Knoll Drive Improvement Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due notice of a required payment of the <br />proportionate share of the improvements was given to all <br />affected property owners within the Canyon Road/Oak Knoll Drive <br />Improvement Project area as required by Article IV, Chapter 29, <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said notice, no appeals were filed by <br />any of the property owners pursuant to Article IV, Chapter 29 of <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain affected property owners have elected to <br />pay for the improvements as part of the 1995-1996 tax roll <br /> <br />billing as an assessment against their property; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. A copy of the Abstract of Charges, Statement of Amounts <br />and a certified copy of this Resolution shall be transmitted by <br />the City Clerk to the County Assessor and County Tax Collector <br />for entry upon and collection with the next tax roll upon which <br /> <br /> <br />
