FXS:rg 05/24/95 (008/40) <br /> <br />general municipal taxes are collected on behalf of the City and <br />thereafter such amount shall be collected at the same time and in <br />the same manner as general City taxes are collected and shall be <br />subject to the same interest and penalties and the same procedure <br />and sale in case of delinquency. <br /> <br /> 2. All laws,ordinances applicable to the levy, collection <br />and enforcement of general City taxes on behalf of the City are <br />hereby made applicable to the assessments confirmed by this <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
