DES:dj 05/23/95 (003/47) <br /> <br />0R%GIN L N NTH To AG EMENT <br /> ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, made this day of <br /> <br /> , 1995 by and between the SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM <br /> AUTHORITY, a public entity, ("SBSA") and the CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> ("City"); <br /> <br /> W I TNE S S E T H : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into an agreement on <br /> January 8, 1987 (the "Basic Agreement"), pursuant to which City <br /> has performed certain professional accounting and financial <br /> services for SBSA; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph 4 of the aforesaid Agreement, <br /> the parties renewed and extended the term and revised the <br /> compensation payable under said Agreement pursuant to an <br /> Amendment thereto dated June 16, 1987 (the "First Amendment"); <br /> and an Agreement dated June 22, 1988 (the "Second Amendment"); <br /> and an Agreement dated June 21, 1989 (the "Third Amendment"); and <br /> an Agreement dated June 18, 1990 (the "Fourth Amendment"); and an <br /> Agreement dated June 19, 1991 (the "Fifth Amendment"); and an <br /> Agreement dated July 20, 1992 (the "Sixth Amendment"); and an <br /> Agreement dated June 23, 1993 (the "Seventh Amendment"); and an <br /> Agreement dated June 18, 1994 (the "Eighth Amendment"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to renew and extend the <br /> term hereof and revise the compensation payable hereunder for the <br /> period July 1, 1995 - June 30, 1996; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
