SBSA shall compensate City in the <br /> amount of Fifty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twelve and No/100 <br /> Dollars (59,612.00) per year, of which Eight Thousand Four <br /> Hundred Fifteen and No/100 Dollars ($8,415.00) shall be <br /> designated as payment specifically for the services of the <br /> City's Director of Finance as Controller of SBSA." <br /> <br /> 2. Paragraph 4 of the Basic Agreement is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> "4. TERM. The term of this agreement is one (1) year, <br /> to wit: July 1, 1995 - June 30, 1996, unless sooner <br /> terminated by either party as provided in paragraph 6. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, this agreement may be renewed <br /> by written amendment or supplement hereto approved, in the <br /> case of SBSA, by motion of its Commission, and in the case <br /> of City, by motion of its Council." <br /> <br /> 3.
