<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />TASK A: SPONSORSHIP <br />Labadie Productions will identify and seek sponsorships and partnerships opportunities <br />to reduce the Agency's costs to pay for special events in downtown Redwood City. <br /> <br />1. Solicit a minimum of $17,500 in cash sponsorships from private <br />organizations and companies, non-profits and foundations to the Agency <br />to offset the event costs. The $17,500 minimum does not include the <br />sponsorships for Target Family Days. <br /> <br />2. Identify and develop a list of sponsors and donors, including a list of <br />organizations contacted and a list of organizations that have agreed to <br />provide sponsorship money. Both lists shall contain the organization <br />name, contact name, the date contacted, address, phone number and <br />other relevant information including the organizations' response. Provide <br />a monthly report via e-mail on the sponsorship results. <br /> <br />3. Seek sponsorships from radio, television and print media. Provide a <br />monthly report via e-mail on the media results, including a list of <br />organizations contacted and a list of organizations that have agreed to <br />provide in-kind services. Both lists shall contain the organizations name, <br />contact name, the date contacted, address, phone number and other <br />relevant information including the organizations' response. <br /> <br />4. Upon approval from the Agency, negotiate the agreement terms with all <br />sponsors. All sponsorship agreements must include the following key <br />pieces of information: <br />. Event/Program being sponsored <br />. Recognition and exposure being offered to sponsors, including, but <br />not limited to logo identification on event promotional materials, <br />banners/signage and vendor booth space. <br />. Designate the amount being contributed by sponsors <br />. Instructions on how to make the gift <br /> <br />All contract terms must be reviewed and approved by the Agency before <br />finalized. All cash sponsorships shall be written by check and shall be <br />made payable to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />5. Communicate with sponsors before, during and after the event to verify <br />that expectations have been met and to ensure continued partnership <br />opportunities for upcoming event seasons. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2009.017 <br />042009 <br /> <br />10 <br />
