<br />TASK 8: EVENTS <br />81: Target Family Sundays (3 event days) <br />1. Serve as the lead coordinator for the events. Develop a logistic plan for <br />the events for review and approval by the Agency one month prior to each <br />event date. <br /> <br />2. Prepare an itemized budget of the event cost for review and approval by <br />the Agency. <br /> <br />3. Provide relevant event information upon request from the Redwood City's <br />Parks and Recreation Department or other City department on or before <br />the respective departments' due date. <br /> <br />4. Dedicate as necessary the appropriate Labadie Productions members or <br />volunteers to assist with the event production. <br /> <br />5. Confirm in writing all relevant services requested from the City's Parks and <br />Recreation Services Department and other departments within five <br />business days prior to the date of the event. Services include City <br />overseeing the arts and crafts area and the set up/tear down of the <br />Redevelopment Agency owned equipment. <br /> <br />82: Cultural Concerts (3 event days) <br />1. Identify and seek Artists to perform at Courthouse Square in Redwood <br />City. All contracts will be executed between the Artists and the Redwood <br />City Parks and Recreation Department. <br /> <br />2. Labadie Productions will negotiate the terms of each contract on behalf of <br />the City. All contract terms must be pre-approved by the City before the <br />contract is signed by the Artist. <br /> <br />3. Submit all contracts signed by the Artists within ten working days from <br />signature date to the City. <br /> <br />83: Zoppe Italian Family Circus <br />1. Negotiate the 2009 program with other cities to host the Zoppe Italian <br />Family Circus in their jurisdictions to offset the Agency's cost to bring the <br />Circus to the Peninsula. <br /> <br />2.
