TASK 8: EVENTS 81: Target Family Sundays (3 event days) 1. Serve as the lead coordinator for the events. Develop a logistic plan for the events for review and approval by the Agency one month prior to each event date. 2. Prepare an itemized budget of the event cost for review and approval by the Agency. 3. Provide relevant event information upon request from the Redwood City's Parks and Recreation Department or other City department on or before the respective departments' due date. 4. Dedicate as necessary the appropriate Labadie Productions members or volunteers to assist with the event production. 5. Confirm in writing all relevant services requested from the City's Parks and Recreation Services Department and other departments within five business days prior to the date of the event. Services include City overseeing the arts and crafts area and the set up/tear down of the Redevelopment Agency owned equipment. 82: Cultural Concerts (3 event days) 1. Identify and seek Artists to perform at Courthouse Square in Redwood City. All contracts will be executed between the Artists and the Redwood City Parks and Recreation Department. 2. Labadie Productions will negotiate the terms of each contract on behalf of the City. All contract terms must be pre-approved by the City before the contract is signed by the Artist. 3. Submit all contracts signed by the Artists within ten working days from signature date to the City. 83: Zoppe Italian Family Circus 1. Negotiate the 2009 program with other cities to host the Zoppe Italian Family Circus in their jurisdictions to offset the Agency's cost to bring the Circus to the Peninsula. 2.
