The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City all <br />appropriate and necessary documents (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney) for the purchase and installation of said Equipment in <br />accordance with the bid accepted hereby. <br /> <br /> <br />
