DES:d~ 04/28/95 (110/39) <br /> <br />Service, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br />PTS Environmental Service, are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the aforementioned agreement, all <br />securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
