HBO will determine agency filing fee amounts for the, RWQCB, <br />and BeDC and inform the client when such fees are to be paid. Permit fees are detennined <br />based on level of impact to wetlands/waters (RWQCB) or cost of project involving impacts to <br />wetlands/waters (BCDC).
