Young <br />Construction Company, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file <br />in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br />and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br />D.W. Young Construction Company, Inc., are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the aforementioned agreement, all <br />securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> <br />
