<br />1. The subject use and/or structure( s) shall substantially conform to the revised plans I
<br />elevations and related information, prepared and submitted by Eric Peterson of
<br />Pacific Peninsula Architecture and dated stamped received March 25, 2009, on file
<br />with Planning Services, except as modified by the conditions contained herein.

<br />2. No use shall be established or changed or any structure constructed or altered
<br />except in strict conformity with the Planned Development Permit and any conditions
<br />established therein or unless a Planned Development Permit Amendment has been
<br />granted.

<br />3. The siding, trim, windows and roofing materials of the residences shall be
<br />consistent throughout in color, texture, materials, and r9ofpitcQ.

<br />4. All mechanical equipment (e.g. transformer, firr/riser~letc.) shall be placed in

<br />9. The~~U,fant..~hall' provide street trees along the property frontage. The amount,
<br />size, (in~'lii'.q~ation of the street trees will be provided to the applicant by the City
<br />Arborist. Jff1ese street trees, as well as all other landscaping shall be planted and
<br />permanently irrigated prior to the issuance of any occupancy permit. The street
<br />trees shall be shown in the Landscaping Plans.

<br />10. It shall be the duty of the Building Official to insure that the construction of all
<br />structures is undertaken in strict conformance with the approved permit.
<br />
<br />11. A final lighting plan shall be submitted to the Pianning Division for review and
<br />approval by staff prior to the issuance of a building permit. Said plan shall include
<br />all specifications related to fixtures and a photometries site plan. The photometrfcs
<br />study shall confirm that the effects of all lighting shall be confined within the
<br />
