Pave, apply water three times daily, or apply (nontoxic) soil stabilizers on all <br />unpaved access roads, parking areas, and staging areas at construction sites. <br />d. Sweep daily (with water sweepers) all paved access roads, parking areas, and <br />staging areas at construction sites.
