<br />Mitigati_1,t'easure C-1: The following notes shall be incorporated on the grading
<br />and builgftig plans prior to issuance of grading or building permits and the
<br />measure's shall be implemented during construction activities:
<br />a. Water all active construction and disturbed areas at least twice daily during dry
<br />periods.
<br />b. Cover all trucks hauling soil, sand, and other loose materials or require all
<br />trucks to maintain at least two feet of freeboard.
<br />c. Pave, apply water three times daily, or apply (nontoxic) soil stabilizers on all
<br />unpaved access roads, parking areas, and staging areas at construction sites.
<br />d. Sweep daily (with water sweepers) all paved access roads, parking areas, and
<br />staging areas at construction sites. Dust, sediment, and debris shall not be
<br />washed into the storm drain system.
